that is quite a lot of top,but now I am no interesting in real estate business.I am looking for the most cheap real estate,which one from the list that is more cheap,?single small home divided or single home not divided

in my opinion location what make all that type easy sell or hard sale,more sun,and more near the crowd the real estate is .often we can sell higher for property on that area

home area compact with commercial area is what suit me more to chose good type real estate,I am self employment,so I need “crowd and traffic here”this what make my real estate investment profitable or not
