I chose my property not from the crowd,I chose home that is less crowd,sometimes this kind of house just cheaper ,that is the first benefit the other is I already got too much noise in my works,so only quite hell the sound pollutions,that is another investment for me,more fresh I come back to work ,more money I can make :)
